Beautiful 8 year old custom built beach house only a few steps to 11kms of sandy beach and world class sunsets! This spacious two story home offers all the comforts and amenities including central air, wifi, laundry and a dishwasher. Large wrap around decks offer sun and shaded areas at different times throughout the day. The side yard is completely private, here you’ll find picnic tables, a sand box for the kids and open fire pit to gather around after a long day at the beach. The main living area is on the second level with an open concept living, dining and kitchen area providing a huge gathering space. There are three bedrooms on this floor, two with queen beds and the third with a double bed. Here you’ll also find a full bath with tub/shower combination and a half bath. Upstairs on the third floor are two more bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and single bed and the second with bunks with a double on the bottom and single on the top. The family room on the upper level has two futons for more sleeping options, a tv with DVD player, a table for cards and game playing and foosball table. There’s another 4 piece bath on this level. There’s also a 2 bedroom apartment available for rent on the ground floor, it has a separate entrance, a separate driveway and small private side yard, it sleeps 4 and can be viewed here
Across the street is a path that leads you to the beach only a block away ! Main Street shops, restaurants, arcade and mini putt are only a short 5 minute from the house.
