This cottage has three bedrooms plus a loft. There are 3 bedrooms on the Main floor with a queen bed in each, plus a set of bunk beds (single over double). The loft is equipped with 1 double bed, 2 pullout single beds, and a queen size futon in the living area. Spend your day at the beach and return to enjoy BBQs or campfires with the family. There is an deck off the living room with a table for those gorgeous evenings spent dining outdoors.

There are so many things to offer around the area, you’ll find a boat launch (Sauble River), amazing ice cream (Beach house), fresh fish and foods (Deli Meats & More), and kayak & canoe rentals all within a 15-minute walk. If you want to do some shopping, grab a delicious coffee, or take the kiddos to Ascent Park, these are all conveniently located within a 15-minute walk as well. Don’t forget, the beach is a 1-Minute walk from the cottage!!!

This property is perfect for multiple or larger families as there are two other cottages located next door. All 3 cottages will accommodate 23 guests in total!! They are all spaced apart from each other, with their own lawn, firepit, decks, and laneways with parking for 2+ vehicles. Each cottage provides a cooler and beach chairs!
