This quaint cottage is nestled within the trees and provides an abundance of privacy and solitude.  The 400 square-foot deck features four Muskoka chairs, with additional seating for four around a circular picnic table which provides plenty of outdoor seating to experience the natural surroundings.  The flat lawn provides families with ample space for various lawn games.  A basketball net and ball are also provided.  A firepit with four Muskoka chairs is a great spot to enjoy the evenings outdoors around a bonfire.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials such as a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, and dishes. The dining table accommodates six people.  Adjacent to the dining room is a cozy living space with a cathedral ceiling and an inviting stone propane fireplace. The large windows across the front of the cottage provide a generous amount of natural light.  The living room offers a couch, and two armchairs, along with a TV, DVD player, large selection of DVDs, and Play Station 4 for in the event of a rainy day.  Internet and satellite are not available however there is a Smart TV with the ability to host thumbnails or HDMI which can used to connect your personal devices. 

Ideally located within a five-minute walk to Silver Lake and a ten-minute walk to Lake Huron this Beach House location provides the perfect opportunity to sink your toes in the sand and catch those beautiful sunsets! A buggy with two beach chairs is provided to help make your trip to the beach easier to navigate. Two kayaks and a canoe are available to use for exploring Sauble not only by land but also by water.  The cottage is only a short drive to the Main Street in Sauble where guests can enjoy its many restaurants, pubs, and boutiques.  A variety of local attractions include Sauble Falls Provincial Park, Ascent Aerial Park, Just Putting Around, Sauble Golf & Country Club, and Extreme World provide something to explore for all ages.
