Two bedroom + loft, located in the heart of Sauble Beach, grab your cooler and your beach chairs (provided) and take a 1-minute stroll down to the beach! This property is in the perfect location, surrounded by Lake Huron’s waterfront coast and minutes away from all of our amazing hiking & biking trails. Enjoy one of the best sunsets in the world! 

This cottage has three bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, plus the loft equipped with 2 single beds plus a double-size futon. Enjoy lounging on the back deck on the outdoor couch, or enjoy BBQ or campfires with the family. There is an outdoor dining table for those gorgeous evenings spent eating outside.

There are so many things to offer around the area, you’ll find a boat launch (Sauble River), amazing ice cream (Beach house), fresh fish and foods (Deli Meats & More), and kayak & canoe rentals all within a 15-minute walk. If you want to do some shopping, grab a delicious coffee, or take the kiddos to Ascent Park, these are all conveniently located within a 15-minute walk as well. Don’t forget, the beach is a 1-Minute walk from the cottage!!!

This property is perfect for multiple or larger families as there are two other cottages located next door. They are all spaciously apart from each other. Each cottage has its own laneway and parking for 2+ vehicles, a cooler and beach chairs !

This cottage rents out from Saturday-Saturday to Families only.

Price is subject to a $99 Processing Fee, Accidental Damage Coverage for Your Group is $129.00 and 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax.

The cleaning Fee is $90.
