This charming 2-bedroom cottage is located in a quiet, mature neighborhood right off the Sauble River. There is also a cute little Bunkie on the property, for an additional quiet space to read or relax. 

This cottage is the perfect place for your family to relax and unwind. Take advantage of the canoe provided and enjoy river access across the road. You can also rent several different types of water toys at Sauble River Marina, just a 2 min walk away. If you’d rather head to the beach for the day, it’s a scenic 7 min walk along the river to the quietest part of the beach. Also close by (within a 5 min walk) are beautiful hiking trails and Meats N’ More grocery store which offers groceries and ice cream cones.

This property is all one level, with a Queen bed in each bedroom.

There is a fire pit with lots of chairs for those evenings you want to relax around the fire after a long day at the beach.

There is a wagon and beach umbrella provided for guests to use.

We rent to families only. 

Small/Med Hypo-Allergenic dogs are allowed for $100 fee for the week, per dog, max 2.
